Now she stands in the middle of the streets of Goldenrod City, looking around. Her gaze drops down to her hand, slowly curling and unfolding. Then she smirks. ]

[ Raising her hand, a burst of flame appears, elongating and taking shape. The flame solidifies and blackens at parts before it forms into its rightful shape: her Aestus Estus. ]

Ahh, you have finally returned to where you rightfully belong. [ Nero gives a brief, loving stroke along the flat of the blade before her gaze scans her surroundings. Ah, she can sense the appearances of Servants. Had Johto finally let down the barriers and restrictions upon the realm? Why?

And more importantly... It'd be best to find a source of mana soon. However, she feels an energy that, she thinks, would temporarily keep her around, even if potential fights would arise. Perhaps...

And perhaps she could find her beloved Praetor? She still had her Pokemon with her for backup as well. ]

Unsurprisingly, she's looking very confused, and doesn't immediately notice Saber as she attempts to take in the surrounding city.]

[ Saber is going to jump from her searching post - which is a very tall building - and land in a flurry of gold and red right in front of her Master. ]

Praetor! How joyous is this day! You have arrived!

[Hakuno jumps a little when Saber lands next to her.] Saber! [Oh thank goodness, her Servant was dragged here with her.]

Where in the world are we? This doesn't follow the pattern of the other arena levels...

Because it is not! This land we are in is called Johto, one of the regions that make up this world. There is no talk of the Holy Grail War here, Praetor, but even then, now that you are by my side, I will continue to protect you!

... You mean we're in the real world? [The disbelief is so, so clear in her voice.] And that means we're... actually alive? Not just virtual constructs?

[For someone who has had to deal with the horrible realization that she was only a data error... this was very hard to grasp.]

Indeed, we are alive! You are truly flesh and blood here, Praetor! Rejoice! [ Pause. ] Ah, but I feel that this place has reverted me to what I was before, so I am still your Servant.

[ Meaning... yup, still a magical reconstruction of someone long dead. ]

But that's still good... we're together, right? [Their precious bond is still intact. They're alive. There are still problems with this whole situation, but for the moment, that's what really matters.]

[ Dimming her excitement for a bit, she clears her throat as if to go back on that imperial persona. ]

Upon arriving in Johto, I was stripped of my status as a Servant and made a human once more. I did not have a need for a Master, nor was there any need to hide my own identity. It appears, however, that Johto has different plans for today. We best be on our guard, Praetor.

[Man she can be dense sometimes, but she would never be ignorant to something as big as her Servant disappearing!]

... I'm sorry. [Even though she has no control over this situation... Hakuno feels guilty in some way, leaving Saber alone for this long.] For making you wait that long. There should have been some way to figure out something strange was going on, even though nothing seemed different.

[ Okay, she didn't expect that from her Master, though, a part of her knows she should. Ugh, it truly has been too long! She quickly shakes her head. ]

Do you realize what nonsense you're spouting, Master? Were we both in any control of the situation, our separation would have been much shorter! Whatever foul trickery was used in dividing us no longer stands in our way now. Do not look like so! It does not fit such a happy reunion scene!

[Okay, it's really hard to stay in a sad mood when Saber gets like that. Yelling may be a strange way to cheer a person up, but... that was Saber for you.]
