--again, Praetor! That is not enough ice.

[ The feed snaps on and swivels just a bit awkwardly, as though the recorder is trying to fit the Gear in its claws before it rights itself. Then the Gear turns and shows one scantily clad Empeor with her back turned, unaware of her Pokemon's scheme for video shenanigans. Standing large, proud, but head bending low to the ground, is Saber's Gyarados Praetor and there appears to be... large chunks of ice collecting before the short blonde.

To those wondering, the answer is quickly shown as Praetor's fangs freeze over with ice before she snaps her jaws several times to have the ice fall to the collection. It seems Saber has been at this for some time as there's quite a collection and a bag in her hand before she nods in approval and begins scooping up the ice in her bag. Remember, folks! She has to bend a bit to do this. ]

Very good, Praetor. This will last me for... hmm, a few minutes. Do not worry, I will treat you for this kindness later on-- [ As she talks, it sounds as though her throat caught up on something, sounding hoarse before she has a brief coughing fit, bursts of flame accompanying the sounds. She makes a frustrated noise, and the Pokemon holding the Gear briefly shakes with an amused chuckle before a delivery bird cries and flies its appearance into the scene.

Once she's recovered, Saber arches a brow while straightening herself and turns to face the Pidgeot. In the bird's talons is a rather... large bouquet of roses. As she takes the bouquet, Saber giggles. ]

Honestly, I must commend this secret admirer of mine: even through these diseases, they find time to send such love my way! Still... [ She takes a moment to give those roses a good whiff, then shake her head. ] Woe is my power, for I cannot hold these for long lest they turn into ash within my hands! Machina!

[ A Metagross lumbers onto the scene and Saber turns to place the bouquet right on top of his metal head with an amused laugh. To its credit, the Metagross doesn't look the slightest perturbed and awaits further orders. ] Place this with the others. I have a matter in which I must address to my audience.

[ The Pokemon holding the Gear jerks in surprise to that revelation. How did she know?! The Metagross goes to do as it's asked as Saber gives a stern look to the camera (and her mischievous Pokemon). ]

Truly, Aestus, if you wished to play around with the Gear, you should have told me! No matter, this will be brief, and I shall place a proper punishment on you later. [ She clears her throat, and small pillars of steam leave the corner of her lips as she does so. ]

Lately, it has come to my attention that there are those of us who are warriors, artisans of the battlefield back in our worlds. Though this realm places an odd restriction on carrying such, the authorities do not mind the crafting of wooden, practice ones. And I do believe with current events, having these extensions of our arms would be quite useful to have. That said, I, Saber, will be starting up a business of crafting these tools for others.

[ Then she gives a very imperial wave and the feed quickly shuts. ]

[Hopefully she doesn't think he looks outright hilarious like Vanitas did]

Perhaps the Center? I am near that location.

[ She will wave and click the feed off before motioning for her Gyarados and her Garchomp to follow her as she makes for the Center. Hope Ven's prepared; she's still in her bikini with that bag full of ice resting on top of her head. ]

[Ven's as prepared as he can be. At least having perpetually rosy Pika-cheeks means no one can tell if he's embarrassed...hopefully. When he spots Nero, that's certainly put to the test, but he reminds himself to focus on her face.

[ Despite moving and motioning for Ventus to come closer, that bag of ice on her head doesn't even look like it's threatening to fall over. Once he comes closer, she'll tilt her head at that color on his cheeks. ]

Is the redness of your cheeks a product of your disease, or is it something else?

[ At that, she smirks. ]

[Ven fumbles at that, and being who he is, it's readily obvious]

Ah, well I...

[He'd have a reason to be red otherwise, given Nero's chosen manner of dress, which he's trying to tell himself not to ponder]

I'm sort of stuck this way.

So it's the former? You did say you are emitting sparks... [ Then she gets the idea, and she chuckles a bit, smiling. ] Why, you are an adorable, human Pikachu!

[He's not sure whether being adorable is better than looking silly, rubbing at the back of his neck.

And then flinching when he generates a static shock]

Well, I'm not a firebrand like you, but...

Oho! "Firebrand!" Mmm, I quite like that name, Ventus! Say it again!

[ And just like a spark starts a flame, so too does Saber's excitement at that title. ]

You do? Then...firebrand?

[Hey, if Nero likes it, he's cool with saying it as much as she likes]

[ She laughs merrily, clapping-- and unintentionally creating sparks between her hands. ]

Good! That is a good name to have under my belt. It is only fitting, of course!

[Fiery indeed, Emperor]

I think it does suit your personality, these powers aside.

Hm? Is that a compliment, Ventus? You are quick to give praise, you know.

My Master taught us how to see the light in others.

But what of the dark, then? A person cannot be whole without that light of theirs shedding a shadow.

There are people whose hearts are pure light, but it's prett rare to naturally be that way.

Still, it's important to see the things that make a person shine.

And I shine as much as a "firebrand" would?

[ That comment sets her own face to change in color and rise in even hotter temperatures and she quickly turns her head to the side for a moment, nearly dislodging the bag of ice from her head. Coughing her suddenly dry throat, she turns back. Composure! ]

I... I do not doubt your words, but that is a bold compliment to make, Ventus!

[He's half-inclined to chuckle at the reaction, but he manages not to. Instead there's simply a warm smile. Of course there's lots of wonderful things about Nero, it's elementary Watson.

It does make him wonder if, beneath her bravado, she's not that confident]

But I think anybody would see it. Having gotten to spend time with you, I can't help noticing.

[ Aha! And opening to strike. Trying to get back at this game (at least to her), she smirks at his last comment. ]

That is interesting, indeed. I seem to notice that you are noticing a lot of things about me!

[Oh dear why is she smirking at him?]

Well, I... [He just sort of does, at least that's how he sees it] Is that a bad thing?

[ Her eyes have a steely glint to them! Ever since she's been getting those roses, her mind has been wrapped up on who those could possibly be from... ]

[That look's one he's starting to get familiar with. When Riku caught him buying flowers, he had a look like that...

But does Nero really have the same thought Riku did about it?]

[Ven mentally winces at the stumble, supposing he's fortunate that his face is eternally red]
